All guests participating in any Ko’ox Fiesta Travel tours, excursions, or experiences must agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your booking, full or partial payment may be required, as specified in your reservation confirmation. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Tour & Activity Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.

Modifications to Your Reservation

  • Changes in the length or dates of your booking may result in a price adjustment.
  • Changes are subject to availability.

Force Majeure & Unexpected Events

Ko’ox Fiesta Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

3. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
  • All rates include the services specified in your itinerary; any additional expenses (such as meals, beverages, tips, or entrance fees not mentioned) are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Discounts & Promotions: Only one promotional code or discount can be applied per booking. Discounts cannot be combined.

4. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Passports & Visas

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas before departure.
  • Ko’ox Fiesta Travel is not liable for delays or losses due to improper documentation.

Health & Safety

  • Some destinations may require vaccinations or specific health precautions. It is the traveler’s responsibility to be informed and comply with any health regulations.
  • Ko’ox Fiesta Travel is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical expenses incurred during the trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By booking a tour with Ko’ox Fiesta Travel, you acknowledge:

  • That you are voluntarily participating in activities that may involve physical exertion, transportation risks, weather conditions, and potential hazards.
  • Ko’ox Fiesta Travel is not responsible for accidents, theft, loss of property, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Travelers must follow the instructions of guides and staff for their safety.

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Ko’ox Fiesta Travel highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

✔ Trip cancellations or delays
✔ Lost or stolen luggage
✔ Personal liability

7. PET POLICY

  • Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed on group tours, except for service animals (with valid documentation).
  • If booking a private tour, pet accommodations may be available upon request.
